What is filled in by the consignee
The consignee fills in only one item - the 24th. In it, he puts the seal of the organization, signature, date and time of unloading. All this must be entered into the CMR at the time of unloading. Without this, the shipment will not be considered completed. In addition, it will be impossible to confirm the 0% VAT rate and, as a result, there is a threat of additional VAT at a rate of 20% on the cost of transportation.
