The following shipping documents must be provided with the goods:

Packing list (if it is not replaced by a commercial invoice).
Goods must be well packed, preferably on pallets. If the goods are not on a pallet, it is required to notify the agent in advance.
After acceptance of the cargo, an acceptance certificate, a photo, and measured parameters are sent by mail.
Please open the export declaration for Turkey only after the cargo has been measured in our warehouse! Normally, shippers open an export declaration after the shipment has left their factories/warehouses, but as there is a risk of detecting weight differences in stock, please do not open the export declaration until the shipment has arrived at our warehouse and until the measurements not received by you, We can send you the data needed for customs clearance. The warehouse does not accept temperature-controlled goods and explosive goods.
